Presentation instructions

IEEE BMSB 2024 will be held as a hybrid conference where remote speakers can present their work using Whova. To access the virtual platform Whova, all registered authors and delegates can create an account on the Whova page for IEEE BMSB 2024. To automatically log in to the conference, please make sure to use the email you used when registering for the conference. Please look out for subsequent emails from the Whova platform.

Whova app for IEEE BMSB 2024 can be downloaded for both Apple and Android smartphones.

Presentation Instructions

Remote speakers should prepare a 15-minute PPT+audio (video file) to upload to the Whova site.

Face-to-Face speakers can prepare a a 15-minute PPT to upload to the Whova site, and the video file is optional.

BMSB 2024 has create a Powerpoint template for your convenience. It is not mandatory to use this template

It’s better to use the PPT record function to make the PPT+audio file. File MUST be exported as 720p with MPEG-4(.mp4), with a screen ratio of 16:9.

The link to upload the file will be sent via email from the Whova platform later, so be careful to check for it, and the file size is limited to 200MB

The deadline for files upload is 14th June.
